Hello! This is Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine located in Shinguradori CORE, a new landmark in Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station... We would like to introduce you to Brazilian cuisine that graces our buffet. This time, I would like to introduce LASANHA. It sounds familiar, but it is not. This dish is lasagna, which was introduced to Brazil by Italian immigrants. Pasta is a favorite food in Brazil as well (although I don't think people seek al dente texture in noodles). Please try our homemade lasagna with layers of pasta, minced meat, and cheese.
