Beef cutlets at a churrasco restaurant!

Hello! This is Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine located in Shin Tora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shinbashi Station. What is called "katsu" in Japan is called "milanesa" in Brazil, and is a very common home-style dish. From the way the word "katsu" is used, it seems to have spread in Brazil as a dish of Italian immigrants. We prepared three different batter patterns, but after tasting the results, it was decided that it was appropriate to batter the skewers once. Please note that the skewers will soon be available at the buffet, and will be closed once they are gone. I remember a Brazilian musician who is a good friend of mine told me, "When I was a child, I used to eat only Milanesa. The reason was because we were poor. What he meant was that his mother often made milanesas, which were made by pounding thin, floppy meat, stretching it, and adding a thick batter to make it bulkier. Shuhaskaria Kibon is waiting for you in the Shinbashi and Toranomon area with our signature meat dishes.
