Last weekend, for the first time in many years, lasagna was served at Friday night dinner!
This was a very popular item when it was served at the buffet.

It features plenty of ground beef and cheese.
It was something that was prepared in several large vessels, baked in the oven, and served with a bang.

Currently, due to hygiene considerations, we have stopped serving food at the buffet, but many people have asked us if we have lasagna, so we have brought it back in a hurry. We have received many requests for lasagna, so we have made a hasty comeback.

This lasagna can only be made in somewhat larger portions due to material issues.
