Brazilian style birthday cake

We started online sales to bring the taste of Kibon to your home, and they have been very well received!

Last weekend we received reservations for a small birthday party at the New Tiger restaurant.
Celebrating the 25th birthday of a Brazilian man who is also a friend of Kibon's staff♪

Since he lives in East Tokyo, he usually visits the main store in Asakusa, but his friends often go to Yokohama, so he chose the Shingora store, which is located right in the middle of Asakusa.

The photo shows a birthday cake made by the staff before the start of business, as the restaurant decided to give something as a gift.
It is not a strawberry shortcake, as one might expect!

It's a Brazilian-style cake made with lots of coconut milk and condensed milk.
Nuts are hidden in the cream, so you can enjoy not only the sweetness but also the texture and aroma of the nuts.

In Japan, fluffy sponges tend to be highly valued, but in Brazilian style, lumpy, rough sponges are the most common.
The result was an authentic Brazilian-style birthday cake!
