This photo was taken when the Brazilian-style beef skewers I reported on the other day were introduced at the buffet.
In the bottom row, second from the left, next to the lasagna, is a crispy fried Milanesa!
They said it was easy to get a hold of and that it was gone in no time.
This is a gem that I would like to see on the Viking again, albeit irregularly!
