Petit renewal of lunch (planned)

Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Tokyo's newest landmark, Shingura-dori CORE, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.
Our online sales started on April 20 and have been very well received! We invite you to try our "Pre-Coagulated Set" of churrasco ingredients that are pre-cooked (with some exceptions) with the theme of recreating the taste of kibon in a single frying pan!
The BBQ set, which we have been telling you about every day, started selling on July 7, although we are still in the middle of introducing each ingredient! We are waiting for your orders!
Last weekend, on Friday, we conducted a certain verification regarding lunch.
Currently, Kibon offers a Brazilian-style set meal called plat feito for weekday lunch, but we were concerned that the existing plates were too small and oval in shape, making them difficult to serve, and that they would look inferior even if served in the same quantity (since two plates are used, one large and one small).
We prepared a plate 30 cm in diameter and experimented with serving fejón, a typical Brazilian bean dish, as a side dish.
Needless to say, the result was an overwhelming victory for One Plate!
I tasted it too, but for some reason I feel that the same mix of platfait would be more satisfying if it were served on a single plate.
Pictured is the braised beef platfeit.
It is not currently on the menu, but was a very popular dish when it was offered at the buffet.
We have finished arranging for the platters to arrive in the near future and will now be preparing for a small lunch renewal.
Be sure to look forward to it!
Shuhaskaria Kibon is waiting for you in the Shinbashi/Toranomon area with our signature meat dishes.
