The whole chicken is ready to be cooked!

Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Shingora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.
We started online sales to bring the taste of Kibon to your home, and they have been very well received!

I noticed that there was a series of stories about whole chickens.
This time, it is the end of the story.

The photo shows it after about two hours of spinning around and around.
It seems a little overcooked, but it is well done.

I brushed some of the marinated sauce on when adding the flavor, but I think it might have been better to apply the oil itself rather than the sauce.
The surface ended up looking a little dry.

Well, one can only gain experience in such matters, but I have learned that there is a deep logic behind how to cook a whole chicken to the desired degree of flavor.
Of course, it was delicious, and the remaining meat and bones were made into soup and eaten to perfection!

The whole chicken can be baked in the oven, so once the seasoning is decided, we will be ready to sell it.
