Try freezing the popular Brazilian pudding...

Hello! We are Churrascaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Shingora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shinbashi Station!
Please try our "Pre-Coded Set" of churrasco ingredients that are pre-cooked (except for some items) with the theme of recreating the taste of kibon in a single frying pan!
We have also released a BBQ set in our online store that delivers the exact same ingredients that we prepare in our restaurant!
One of our classic desserts is homemade Brazilian-style pudding.
This pudding has a rich, thick taste with plenty of condensed milk.
This pudding is a very popular product with a delicious taste that goes right through the middle for those who love it!
A customer asked me if I could somehow commercialize and sell the product. A little over a month ago, I cut up a whole pudding, put it in a Tupperware container, and froze it in the freezer to try it out.
Suddenly remembering this, I took it out of the freezer and tried to defrost it naturally.
How does the pudding taste after 30 days of freezing?
Apart from the mitekleh, it was delicious.
Perhaps it is the thawing process, but I feel that the creaminess of the product has increased.
This was the story of Kibon's Brazilian pudding, which has taken a step toward commercialization.
Churrascaria Kibon Shingora-dori CORE store is looking forward to serving you!
