We are not open on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, but the Asakusa main store is open!

Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Tokyo's newest landmark, Shingura-dori CORE, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.
We started online sales to bring the taste of Kibon to your home, and they have been very well received!
Please try our "Pre-Coded Set" of churrasco ingredients that are pre-cooked (except for some items) with the theme of recreating the taste of kibon in a single frying pan!
We have also released a BBQ set in our online store that delivers the exact same ingredients that we prepare in our restaurant♪
Enjoy an authentic, easy, and exuberant Brazilian barbecue!
Today is the Friday before the holiday weekend.
The Kibon Shingora branch was busy last week and the week before, but today there were few reservations and it was very quiet.
I had completely forgotten that this period was originally Silver Week.
Come to think of it, perhaps the self-restraint in going out and traveling is taking effect, or perhaps we have not even heard the term "Silver Week" in the news media at all.
Kibon Shingora Store, which has resumed normal operations on June 1, is currently not open on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Therefore, the store is also closed for four consecutive holidays.
It looks like a good day to prepare for a quiet dinner, but since there will be openings on business days, it is not a good time to do so.
So, the staff is diligently working on cleaning while waiting for customers to arrive!
The smell of chlorine bleach wafting through the store enhances the feeling of cleaning!
We are closed during the Silver Week, but the Asakusa main store is open for business.
(Please note that dinner on Saturday the 19th is reserved)
We are waiting for you to visit us at Chruscaria Kibon Shingora-dori CORE, shining even in the places you can't see!
