Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Shingora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.

We recently received a call from a client who was considering making a same-day reservation through a gourmet website.
When I told them that the time I wanted to come to the restaurant was sensitive (LO 19:00, CLOSE 20:00) based on the time of the last order, they asked me if there was a "Thoroughly inspected" tag. (What kind of table will I be shown?). (What kind of seat will I be shown?).

I answered all their questions and eventually hung up the phone as they said they would consider it in regards to booking an appointment to come to the store.
I was impressed by the enthusiasm of some people in confirming infection control measures, but then my suspicions were aroused.
'I assume you're pre-screening stores that are operating improperly?' This is what I mean.

The person who called me, saying that he was meeting a friend nearby, ended up asking me about the store's infection control measures, and then said, "I'll consider it. I'll consider it," and unilaterally hung up the phone...

Hmmm...something is wrong after all.
Certainly, there is a limit to the number of stores that can be checked one by one to see if they are complying with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's requirements.
There will be a desperate shortage of investigators to begin with.
Then it is no wonder that they use the apodemonic method to get a bite before attacking.

Now, what is the truth of the matter?
Am I delusional?
It may eventually become an urban legend (laughs).

Despite what I have written, both Shingora and Asakusa main stores have been thoroughly inspected by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and are doing fine business in accordance with the rules and regulations!
