Shingora store is being thoroughly cleaned during the self-imposed business restraints!

Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine located in Shingora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shinbashi Station! The picture shows the inside of the restaurant yesterday. Volunteer staffs are thoroughly cleaning the floor of the restaurant while the restaurant is in the self-restraint period. Originally, the floor of Shingora was covered with specially treated tiles to prevent slipping, but it was discovered after the opening that there are both good and bad points. The fine unevenness of the tiles, which cannot be discerned visually, makes the surface of the floor itself feel like a studless tire. It was true that the floor was not slippery, but dirt would seep into the uneven surfaces. When we tried to wipe it with a mop, the fibers were shredded, and this time, cotton dust was generated. It was a difficult task to clean the floor. We are now in the process of painting the shiny polished floor. When we reopen, it will be even cleaner than before! It may be even cleaner than before the reopening! Please look forward to it♪ Shuhaskalia Kibon is waiting for you in the Shinbashi/Toranomon area with our signature meat dishes.
