The Shingora restaurant is currently researching ground beef churrasco!

Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Tokyo's newest landmark, Shingura-dori CORE, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.
Online sales, which started on April 20, have been very well received!
Please try our "Pre-Coded Set" of churrasco ingredients that are pre-cooked (except for some items) with the theme of recreating the taste of kibon in a single frying pan!
The BBQ set, which we have been telling you about every day, will be on sale on July 7, although we are still in the process of introducing each ingredient! We are waiting for your orders.
A new churrasco menu using ground beef was prototyped.
Creative churrasco! You may think, "What is this?
It is a proper churrasco with the name KAFTA.
It is a popular dish in Brazilian churrascaria, but for some reason it is rarely seen in Japan.
Is it still buried because it is a bit removed from the image of boldly grilling a hunk of meat?
As the story goes, this kafta has its roots in Arabic cuisine.
So Arab immigrants brought it to Brazil.
That being said, it is similar to the Arabic Brazilian delicacy, millet.
When I grilled the kafta on a churrascaria (a special grill for churrasco), the meat fell off the skewer, even though it was grilled on a net, and it ended in failure.
If you want the kneaded ground meat to be firm, it will be tough and tough, and it will probably cook well in the oven, but it won't be churrasco...
Research continues.
Now I'm going to try grilling it on a yakitori skewer at home.
Shuhaskaria Kibon is waiting for you in the Shinbashi/Toranomon area with our signature meat dishes.
