Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Shingora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.

Today marks exactly one week since the full lifting of the short-time request.
The Shinbashi/Toranomon area is gradually recovering.

Now, today's photo is a prototype of ponde cajo.
Inside is a goiavada.
Goiaba means guava, right?
At first glance, one might think it is a jam, but it is a goiabada, which is more aptly described as guava yokan.

It is said that this goiavada and cheese go so well together that it is called Romeo e Julieta (Romeo e Julieta).
Those with good instincts may have guessed.
Romeo and Juliet, that is.

The pon de cajo made with such best-matched ingredients was seriously delicious~!
The saltiness and aroma of the cheese combined with the sweetness of the guava is truly Romeo and Juliet.
