Brazilian-style meatballs in flames!

Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Shingora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.
We started online sales to bring the taste of Kibon to your home, and they have been very well received!
Please also take out the freshly grilled churrasco, which is only available at Shingora.
In addition, the restaurant will close at 8:00 p.m. (LO. 7:00 p.m.) from April 12 for the time being in accordance with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's request.
We will continue to take thorough infection control measures and look forward to serving you.
Well, today's photo is a picture of cooking! I'm cooking!
The meatballs are stir-fried in a large, heavy, professional frying pan.
This is a shot of Brazilian-style meatballs in the process of being made.
The meat dumplings are often thought of as sweet-and-sour bean paste in Chinese cuisine or teriyaki style in Japanese cuisine, but in the Brazilian style, they are served with tomato sauce.
Roll the rather well-seasoned ground meat into bite-sized pieces and put them into a hot pan!
It is not cooked all the way through, but rather the surface is seared and charred by heat.
After a while, the aromatic smell of the frying pan rises from the pan as you shake it while supporting the handle with both hands.
This is what we call the Maillard reaction.
The photo is cut off, but next to the frying pan, there is a large skillet with plenty of tomato sauce standing by, simmering away, and the meatballs, covered with aroma, are released into the sauce as soon as they are seared.
And when they are done cooking, the Brazilian-style meatballs, aumondega, are ready.
Oh no - I made so much that my arms are all flat!
