Freshly baked carrot cake topped with chocolate â

Hello! This is Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine located in Shin Tora Dori CORE, a new landmark in Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shinbashi Station... The carrot cake (boro di senora) that I introduced the other day was in its finished form. I came across an opportunity to make that cake, so I will tell you how it was finished in several parts. It is easy to imagine that the baked sponge is unexpectedly light and fluffy. It is like a large doughnut (though not deep-fried). Then, melted chocolate is poured over the sponge. At first glance, this looks like the end of the process, but there is one more step to be done. We will tell you more about it in the next issue.
