We tend to run to eye-catching menus...

Hello! This is Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine located in Tokyo's new landmark Shinguradori CORE, a 6-minute walk from Shinbashi Station... The photo shows the celery, carrot and onion salad that has newly been added to the buffet. It is served crisp and refreshing with vinegar. Although undeniably a modest presence on the menu, such supporting dishes are essential to the buffet. We hope you will enjoy it in between bites of churrasco. It is a simple dish, but it actually takes a lot of time and effort, such as removing the stringy bits from the celery. When you come to the restaurant, we recommend that you plan your dinner by looking at the entire view of the buffet before you start eating! We are waiting for you in the Shinbashi and Toranomon area to enjoy our meat dishes.
