Bold! Pork shoulder churrasco

Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Shingora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.
We started online sales to bring the taste of Kibon to your home, and they have been very well received!

The photo shows a chunk of pork shoulder, seasoned and left overnight, roasted in the oven and skewered on a churrasco skewer.
Shoulder loin is a moist and flavorful part of the meat with fine fibers and moderate fat.
After the tender yet meaty chewiness of the meat, the flavor of the meat spreads in your mouth like a sizzle!
This is one of the menu items that I would like to make a regular part of my menu someday.
