Maintenance during the holidays!

Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Tokyo's newest landmark, Shingura-dori CORE, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.
We started online sales to bring the taste of Kibon to your home, and they have been very well received!
Please try our "Pre-Coded Set" of churrasco ingredients that are pre-cooked (except for some items) with the theme of recreating the taste of kibon in a single frying pan!
We have also released a BBQ set in our online store that delivers the exact same ingredients that we prepare in our restaurant♪
Enjoy an authentic, easy, and exuberant Brazilian barbecue!
The Shingora restaurant is currently not open on weekends and holidays, but during the recent four-day weekend, we cleaned the inside of the duct and range hood above the Schuhaskela (churrasco grill machine) and stove (commercial gas stove).
The height and the space to get under the door is narrow, and you will have to contend with grease stains.
Since it was clear that the work would be quite hard, everyone (though there were only three of us) brought clothes that were OK to get dirty.
Covered in sweat, detergent, and oil, we worked on tasks that could not be done on business days.
Particularly difficult was the removal of the abra stuck to the inside wall of the hood at the top of the Schuhskera.
I finally used an okonomiyaki spatula to remove the stubborn grease stains, which did not budge no matter how hard I tried to wash or wipe.
The photo shows a large staff member entering and scrubbing on his back through a slight gap.
Thank you so much for your hard work, it is a real head scratcher.
So, we successfully completed the cleaning of two target locations.
It was a day when I promised myself to clean up a little bit before it becomes a big deal.
As with anything, maintenance is important!
Churrascaria Kibon Shingora-dori CORE store is looking forward to serving you!
