We are making a whole roasted chicken!

Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Shingora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.
We started online sales to bring the taste of Kibon to your home, and they have been very well received!
We introduced the preparation of roasted whole chickens in the previous issue.
This time, we report on the actual baking of it.
The whole chicken, seasoned and bedded with red pepper and black pepper accents, is first cooked in the oven.
Once cooked through, take them out and grill them on a grill using a tool that utilizes a churrasco skewer.
Charcoal is set underneath and grilled with vegetables.
Incidentally, the fire from below is not for heating, but for the fragrance of the charcoal.
The actual fire power is not shown in the photo, but will be from above.
So you use this upper fire to roast whole chickens until they are golden brown.
Mm.
I'm looking forward to seeing the finished picture...
We will report on that in the next issue!
