Now, let me share with you the recipe for the very authentic feijon, which has been endorsed by native Brazilians!
Please be careful not to miss a beat because it is so easy.

The ingredients are 500 g of Carioca beans, salt (preferably rock salt or other natural salt), salad oil, 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic, and 2 slices of laurel.
This amount of beans would be about the same as one large household pot, so I think it would be fine to adjust the amount of beans by half and the other ingredients by half, and so on.
Also, please provide a pressure cooker.

Let's proceed.
Put roughly washed carioca beans into the pressure cooker, add about three times as much water as the beans, cover and heat.
When sizzling steam begins to appear, reduce the heat.
After about 30 minutes, the beans will be tender, so turn off the heat and release the internal pressure.
This completes the preparation of the beans.

Put the oil in another pan (about 50 ml) and add the chopped garlic, then start heating over low heat.
Mix with a wooden spatula to prevent burning.
When an aromatic smell comes up, scoop up a ladleful of the cooked carioca beans, including the cooking liquid, and put them into the pot.
Grind the beans with the back of the ladle to thicken.
This process can be done several times if desired.

Then, transfer all the beans with the cooking water to a pot, add water if necessary, add the laurel and salt, and cook.
Maybe 10 minutes while removing lye.
If you want to add a little flavor, you can also add a small amount of consommé.
