Feijao do Mauro

Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Tokyo's newest landmark, Shingura-dori CORE, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.
We started online sales to bring the taste of Kibon to your home, and they have been very well received!
Please try our "Pre-Coded Set" of churrasco ingredients that are pre-cooked (except for some items) with the theme of recreating the taste of kibon in a single frying pan!
We have also released a BBQ set in our online store that delivers the exact same ingredients that we prepare in our restaurant♪
Enjoy an authentic, easy, and exuberant Brazilian barbecue!
During yesterday's lunch, we ran out of feijon, which is served with plat feito (Brazilian-style plate lunch), so I had to make it myself in a hurry.
It's been a really long time.
I can't even remember when I last made it.
But Fejon has a bit of a memory.
More than 10 years ago, a group from the Amazon once visited our Asakusa store.
I forget the details, but the guests were all Indians who had come to Japan on a government-sponsored project to introduce the culture of the indigenous Amazon people to Japan.
According to the coordinator, this was the first time in her life that she had been abroad, and she had been in Japan for a month, far away from home.
He said he is quite homesick.
They were all chomping at the bit for my feijon, their eyes changing colors.
This is exactly the same fejon I usually eat, he said.
And I remember that everyone left with a smile on their face.
The way I make my fejon is too simple, with no extra work.
I will share the recipe with you in the next issue.
Churrascaria Kibon Shingora-dori CORE store is looking forward to serving you!
