Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Shingora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.

But it is so popular that there are many restaurants specializing in it as a typical Brazilian soup.

There are a variety of recipes, but I think it is safe to say that the basic recipe is a soup made by simmering beef Achilles tendon in a slow cooker.
