Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Shingora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.
We started online sales to bring the taste of Kibon to your home, and they have been very well received!
Please also take out the freshly grilled churrasco, which is only available at Shingora.
今日は3月6日（土）、天気予報では気温は高いものの天候は芳しくない、とのことだったような気がしますが何か晴れていてとても良い天気ですね。
本日の写真は積みあがった鶏モモ肉のグリルの山。
訳あって午後から36㎏の肉を焼き上げるべく格闘しております。
普通の人が鶏肉を食べる一生分は軽くありそうです。
様々な工程を考えると、まだ折り返し地点にも達しておりません（汗）
果たしてディナー営業の妨げにならないようやり切ることが出来るかどうか、これからもうひと踏ん張りです！
焼き終えた鶏モモ肉からポロッと取れる僅かな肉片をご褒美として頬張りつつ励んでまいります♪
