Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Shingora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.
We started online sales to bring the taste of Kibon to your home, and they have been very well received!
Please also take out the freshly grilled churrasco, which is only available at Shingora.

キボン新虎店のブラジル式プレートランチ『プラット フェイト』に必ずお付けしているフェジョンを少しうやうやしく撮影してみました。
こうして見てみると、何やら高貴な食べ物のようですが、フェジョンといえばブラジルのランチでは定番中の定番、ご飯にかけて食べる豆の料理です。
ランチというより、『昼メシ』という言葉がぴったりだったりするフェジョンです。

食べ方はご飯にぶっかけてまぜまぜモグモグ、でOK！
何も考えることなし！
ほのかな塩気があるぐらいの、特徴があるのか無いのか分かりづらい料理なのですが、馴染んでしまうと無いと寂しく感じてしまうフェジョン。

とてもシンプルな料理ですが、このフェジョンこそ家庭料理のブラジル代表といえるかもしれません。
