ホールケーキではありません、トルタです。
トルタだとなかなか伝わらないのでSNSでは「チキンのキッシュ」と銘打ってご紹介してみました。
ほぐしたチキンだけでなくカットしたパルミットも入っています。
完全にヨーロッパ系の移民がブラジルに伝えた料理ですね。
そんな世界各国の料理が寄せ集まったようなブラジル料理ワールド、楽しいです。
さて、このトルタは本日17日と18日のディナーでご提供しております！
無くなり次第終了となりますが、無くならなかったら来週に持ち越しか賄となる予定（笑）
