ランチのメニュー写真のようですがコレ、先日の賄いメシなんです！
ミラネーザという名前でブラジルで親しまれている料理。
イタリア語だとミラネーゼ、牛肉のカツレツですね。
ブラジルでは日本人にとってのトンカツぐらいの馴染みようと言えます。
まさにイタリア系移民がブラジルにもたらした料理ですね。

盛り付けもフェジョンとサラダ、ライスもあって完全なブラジリアンな定食状態です。

では今回のミラネーザの作り方を。
シュラスコの仕込みで出た端の肉を叩いてのばし衣をつけて油で揚げます。
牛肉なので火の通りはあまり気にする必要はありません。
衣がいい具合に色づいたらあげてトマトソースをかけ、その上にチーズをのせバーナーで軽く炙りオレガノの一振り、で完成！
