Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Shingora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.
We started online sales to bring the taste of Kibon to your home, and they have been very well received!

丸鶏のネタが続きます。
自宅でローストチキンを焼いてみようと思い立った僕は、新虎店近くのお店で冷凍の丸鶏を購入し解凍。
シュラスコの専任スタッフ、ケニーに味付けをお願いしました。

「僕のママの味」
そう言って渡された丸鶏は袋に入ってしっかりとマリネされています。
自宅に持ち帰りそのまま冷蔵庫へ。
一晩寝かせて味をまんべんなく馴染ませます。

翌日は朝からパッとしない空模様でしたが、午後から回復する模様。
昼食後に丸鶏を冷蔵庫から取り出します。
内臓を取り除かれた部分が思いのほか大きく、急遽じゃがいもとタマネギをカットし詰め爪楊枝を使って閉じました。
で、なるべく重心を貫くように串をぐぐっと刺し込みます。

さて、これで準備もほぼ完了。
作業に入る前に起こしておいた炭に火が着いているか確認しに行きます。
