Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Shingora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.
We started online sales to bring the taste of Kibon to your home, and they have been very well received!
Please also take out the freshly grilled churrasco, which is only available at Shingora.

ブラジルに滞在経験のある方出ない限り何のことだか分からないですよね。
でもブラジルのスープの代表的な存在で現地では専門店も多々あるほどポピュラーな料理なんです。

レシピは様々あるのですが、基本は牛のアキレス腱をコトコト煮込んだスープと思っていただいて間違いないと思います。
そこへ刻んだ野菜や豆などを加え完成！
滋養溢れるブラジルのソウルフードです。

そんなモコトを急遽手に入れた牛のアキレス腱で少量ですが作ってみました。
若干ではありますが、ご希望される方に提供できるようにキープしてありますので遠慮なくリクエストしてくださいね。
