今回はQue bom！Riverside Cafe e Bar こだわりのコーヒーについて。
写真はブラジル・ミナスジェライス州、標高1200mの丘陵地帯にあるコーヒー農園の様子。
キボンリバーサイドカフェでは、まさにここで栽培された最高品質の希少なシングルオリジンのコーヒーをご提供しています。
シングルオリジンとはコーヒーを農場単位で考えることで、生産者と直接繋がることから【顔の見えるコーヒー】と言われています。
ちなみに本日はマイルドな口当たりでオレンジのような甘みが魅力の『ブルボン アマレーロ』をご用意！
美味しく飲んでいただくため、一杯ごと挽き立てのコーヒーを淹れております。
テラス席でコーヒーの香りを楽しみながら、日本の真裏にあるブラジルに思いを馳せるのも素敵な過ごし方ですね♪
