Hello! We are Shuhaskaria Kibon, a restaurant specializing in churrasco and Brazilian cuisine, located in Shingora-dori CORE, a new landmark in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 6-minute walk from Shimbashi Station.

今回の写真はジロ（JILO）のサラダ。
スタッフがまかないで作ってくれました。

ジロは野菜の名前で写真の中では櫛切りにした緑色のモノ。
何でも親戚の畑で採れたものだとか。

味の特徴はズバリ苦み。
ニガウリ（ゴーヤ）と同じ感じですね。
ゴーヤのイボイボを取ってまん丸にしたような形状をしています。
調べたわけではないのですが同じウリ科のような気がします。

そんなわけでブラジルの野菜をたくさん使った贅沢なサラダをご馳走になりました♪
ブラジル料理屋ならではのまかないですね。
