Following on from the last issue, we bring you information on the newly opened Kibon affiliate, Que bom!

After introducing our particular coffee, we can only introduce this one!
Ponde cuejo.
Pon means bread and cajo means cheese.
Ponde cuejo, in other words, is a Brazilian cheese bread.

Characterized by its chewy texture, rich cheese flavor, and aroma, Kibon's Ponde Cajo is completely handmade, kneaded from the dough!
Que bom! Riverside Cafe e Bar offers three types of ponde quejos: plain, goiavada, and quibbon cream.

Plain is literally simple cheese bread.
Enjoy the original, straightforward taste of Ponde Cajo!

Goiabada is a guava paste.
In Brazil, the combination of cheese and goiabada is said to be the best match, so much so that it has been likened to Romeo and Juliet.
The rich cheese and the sweetness of the guava go perfectly together♪

Finally, kibbon cream.
This is Kibon's original cream made with condensed milk, cream, chocolate, etc.
The secret is to combine the hot pon de cajo with chilled kibon cream.
A new sweet and sour dessert (?) It is a new kind of sweet and sour dessert.
Incidentally, this kibbon cream is the most popular among the staff.

The price is 280 yen for the plain, 300 yen each for the goiavada and kibon cream, and 2 for each.
A mix of three kinds is ￥350 (3 pieces).

The first order of business for the staff who arrive at work in the morning is to bake the ponde quejos in time for the 8:00 a.m. opening.
